Hi!

I am 29 years old, I grew up in San Sebastián - one of the most beautiful cities of Spain (really) and I studied at the German school... Why? Ask my father - Javier Mendiburu, but this is how my relationship with Germany began. My mom - María José Barandiarán, pianist, introduced me to the world of music and arts. I started playing the violin at the age of 3 and took my first painting classes a few years later when I was a little cute girl. But it wasn't until I was 16 when painting became one of my main hobbies. How? Suddenly, I remembered my old painting case and decided to take it back from the storage room. And just like this, one night in bed I painted what would be my first canvas! Since then, I have painted many more and have done a couple of exhibitions. I really love it, that moment when you immerse yourself in just one thing and time, life, flows.

But painting is just one of my hobbies like surfing and skiing! So what do I do for living in reality?

I studied business administration in Madrid and Mannheim, have a master in business intelligence & big data and work for Siemens Financial Services since 2014, currently as international project manager in digital transformation.
